Indian vs Bangladesh - Highlights of Idea cup Tri-series 2010

India defeated Bangladesh by 6 wickets.
Its the 3rd ODI of Idea cup Tri-Nations series 2009 between India and Bangladesh. Bangladesh after winning toss chose to bat first and got a superb start. Tamim Iqbal got to a fast fifty. Another opener Imrun Kayes too got his fifty. At the end of innings, Mahmuullah finished the innings in a great fashion getting himself a fifty. Bangladesh has made a score of 296/6 in 50 overs.

MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli took india to a comprehensive victory. 101 runs for captain and 91 runs for Kohli.

IPL auction 2010 - The final list of 51 players available for auction

The huge list of 97 overseas players registered for the IPL 2010 auction has been cut down to 51 based on the interest of the IPL franchises. There are no English players in the new list which means all 8 players registered has been removed. The huge list 26 Pakistani players is cut down to just 7. The final list includes 11 players from Australia, 9 from South Africa, 8 from Sri Lanka, 8 from the West Indies, 7 from Pakistan, 4 from New Zealand and 1 each from Bangladesh, Canada, Holland and Zimbabwe. The IPL auction will be held on 19 January, 2010

India vs Bangladesh - Live in 2010 Idea cup tri-series

Both India and Bangladesh have lost in their matches against Sri Lanka. This 3rd ODI of Idea cup will be crucial as a win will help a lot in reaching the finals. Its Bangladesh, so India are 90% favorites. But it must be beware of Bangladeshi team which scored 260 against Sri Lanka. Indian bowling still shows no signs of improvement though batting is going well.

Transfers in IPL 2010 | IPL 3

There was a little involvement in transfer of players for the 3rd season of Indian Premier league. Only 3 players are transferred and only 2 teams have involved themselves for it. Kolkata Knight Riders swapped Australian all-rounder Moises Henriques for Owais Shah from Delhi Daredevils. Manoj Tiwary who played for Delhi in 2 seasons has been transferred to Kolkata.

India vs Sri Lanka Highlights of Idea cup 2010 tri-series

In the 2nd ODI of Idea cup 2010 on 5 Jan, India batted first. Sri Lanka has won the 2nd ODI of Idea cup 2010. Samaraweera scored a superb century for Sri Lanka and Perera finished the inning with great strokes. After a fiery start, India slowed at middle and managed a score of 279/9 in 50 overs. Yuvraj Singh made a superb comeback and scored 74 runs. Sehwag opened the inning firing from the first ball and scored 47. Jadeja and Raina finished it for India. Welegedara was the pick of Lankan bowlers as he took 5 wickets.

After recently concluded ODI series, India and Sri Lanka will face each other in 2nd ODI of tri-nation series in 2010. India are on top form with the series win. Batsmen are at their best but still problem is with bowling. Yuvraj Singh's comeback will strengthen the batting lineup. Sreesanth is back in the bowling for India. Dilshan, Sangakkara and Tharanga will be the biggest threats for India.

List of players registered for IPL 2010 auction

A total of 97 overseas players have registered for the auction of Indian Premier League, IPL 2010. The list of players includes 26 players from Pakistan, 17 from Sri Lanka,12 from South Africa, 9 from New Zealand, 9 from Australia, 8 from West Indies, 8 from England, 2 from Bangladesh, 2 from Zimbabwe, 2 from Canada, 1 Ireland and 1 from Netherlands. The players will be listed in January 19 auction if the Franchises express interest on them. Last year out of 100 registered 50 were in auction for 17 places.
