Fixtures and Schedule:
The three countries in West Indies will be hosting the competition on 2010. Guyana, St. Lucia and Barbados will be hosting all the total of 27 matches. The series will be played in same format as in 2009 T20 World Cup. The finals on May 16 2010 will be hosted by Barbados. Here is the complete fixtures and schedule of T20 World Cup 2010:

ReplyDeleteIt's either going to be India or Pakistan. Success in T20 requires depth in batting down the order, and ability of players to club the ball across the rope. Both India and Pakistan have it in them.
ReplyDeletePerhaps Pakistan has a slight edge because all 11 of its players have the ability to club the ball across the rope (Nazir, Butt, Malik, U. Akmal, K. Akmal, Haq, Alam, Afridi, Razzaq, Aamer and Gul. India can also field a team with at least 9 of its players having the ability to thrash the ball across the rope. Luckily for Pakistan, T20 doesn't require consistency from batsmen and only calls for brief sparks of individual brilliance. That is the reason why Pakistan is dominant on the T20 map, but has faded in one-day and tests.

Yovraj singh is the main concern player that is out of form and failure in the IPl matches so far.

Its too early to predict which nation is going to win, but i am pretty much sure that none of the asian countries are going to win this world t20 2010 @ westindies, it might be local west indies, england, South Africa (if they can cross the semis) or Australia......
