The huge list of 97 overseas players registered for the IPL 2010 auction has been cut down to 51 based on the interest of the IPL franchises. There are no English players in the new list which means all 8 players registered has been removed. The huge list 26 Pakistani players is cut down to just 7. The final list includes 11 players from Australia, 9 from South Africa, 8 from Sri Lanka, 8 from the West Indies, 7 from Pakistan, 4 from New Zealand and 1 each from Bangladesh, Canada, Holland and Zimbabwe. The IPL auction will be held on 19 January, 2010
