Kevin Pietersen and Andrew Flintoff topped the IPL second Auction as both got sold for $1.55 million each which is highest for any player in IPL. Before this, Dhoni was the most expensive player. The players got lot more in 2009 auction than those who were signed in 2008. Talking about others apart from Flintoff and Pietersen, JP Duminy got $950,000 which makes him the third most expensive player in the auction. But Henderson of South Africa who has almost no international experience except one t20 against India got $650,000 which is quite surprising. Mortaza from Bangladesh was sold for $600,000 which is quite high.

I am surprised why players like Andrew Neil, Jerome Taylor, Kemar Roach ain't got bought by any team. Quite shocking and disappointing for me.
