Day 1: With the end of day 1, England has an edge over the Aussies. Anderson's 4 wicket helped England to restrict Australia to 245 runs. It was Hussey's 93 which somewhat rescued them from a position where they had lost 3 wickets for just 2 runs.They played just 1 over in day 1 and are 1/0. Cook and Strauss who played beautifully in the first test are on the crease.
