Finally, IPL 2010 auction will be held tomorrow and there are 66 players in the auction for the 12 available spots. Separate pools has been announced for the players and the base price for players are different. There are a total of 8 pools. Here are the base prices and pools of players in IPL 3 auction:
1) First pool has 4 players – Shahid Afridi, Brad Haddin, Graeme Swann all with $250,000 base price and Kieron Pollard at base price of $ 200,000.
2)2nd pool has 4 players – Ian Morgan, Wayne Parnell with base of $ 200,000 and Shane bond, Mohammad Kaif and Keimar Roach with base price of $ 100,000 each.
3)Pool 3 – Doug Bollinger and Sohail Tanveer at base $ 200,000, Akmal, Shakib Al hasan, Tim Bresnan, Darren Ganga, Justin Kemp, Nuwan Kulasekera all at base of $ 100,000.
4) 4th pool – akmal, hinds, hughes, Martyn, Nazir, Sarwan, Silva, Simmons, Tharanga, and Trott all at base price of $ 100,000.

ReplyDeleteBoth auction and IPL 3 were pathetic. It doesn't enjoyed like first season. Now hope next season will give it some taste :(
