Sachin Tendulkar continues to dominate

Sachin Tendulkar is showing no signs of slowing down as he enters the latter stages of his career as an international cricketer.

The Indian batsman scored his fifth double hundred to help India to a first innings lead over Sri Lanka during a run feast in Colombo.

The hosts hit 642-4 in the opening innings of the match, but at the close of day four, India sit on 669-9 with eventually being dismissed for 203.

Cricket Betting pundits note how there was also a century for debutant Suresh Raina, while Virender Sehwag was left kicking himself as he reached 99 before being dismissed.

As with so many times before though, Tendulkar was the man everybody was talking about. After scoring his 203 runs off 347 balls, he continued his status as the leading run scorer in test cricket with over 13,500 runs.

After over 20 years of playing, he continues to be the main man of Indian cricket and the one player opposition teams fear more than most. Online sports betting  will always back him to score a century when his team needs it too.

The 37-year-old won’t have too long left before he calls it a day, but considering the form he is showing right now, he will be in no rush to decide anything on retirement.
